The Thai Olympic athletes, the coaches, the National Olympic Committee and the Sports Ministry were all part of a huge parade in Bangkok on Thursday.

Leading the procession was “Tennis” Panipak Wongpattanakit, who proudly secured a gold medal in taekwondo. She was joined by “View” Kunlavut Vitidsarn, the silver medalist in men’s singles badminton; silver medalist weightlifters “Fang” Theerapong Silachai and “Wave” Weeraphon Wichuma; bronze medalist weightlifter “Oil” Surodchana Khambao; and bronze medalist boxer “Bee” Janjaem Suwannapheng.  

Muaythai superstar Buakaw also had the honor of being a flagbearer, representing IFMA as the Muaythai Ambassador in Paris. This marks another significant milestone for Muaythai, and heartfelt congratulations go out to all the Thai Olympic heroes. What a fantastic day  Chai Yo!
