This Saturday the 5th of October, will see a muaythai gala entitled The Shock which will take over the Palaoreto venue in Palermo, Italy. The event which is sanctioned by the WMC and Federkombat, the sole recognised IFMA Federation in Italy promises not to disappoint with an international card of elite-level bouts.
The Shock features two WMC title bouts as part of the main card including one intercontinental fight in the Super middleweight division and one national title held in the Middleweight division.
The intercontinental bout will see Italian fighter Domenico Caravello face Japan’s fighter Mike Joe. This is set to be a fight of the ages as both fighters have expressed their intent to come out on top at all costs.
The two top females in the Italian division will compete for the Italian title as Daniela Melluccio faces Martina Mazzola for national bragging rights. The winner of this fight will have the opportunity to compete for the European title in early 2025.
