The WMC (World Muaythai Council) Championship, WMC Hellenic Series 2025, held on Saturday, June 28th, 2025, at the Pantelis Nikolaidis Indoor Arena in Keratsini, concluded with great success, reaffirming the strength and progress of Muaythai in Greece.

The event featured a total of 29 bouts, 21 youth matches under official IFMA (International Federation of Muaythai Associations) Rules for athletes under 18. These bouts showcased the skill, discipline, and dedication of the next generation of Muaythai athletes in Greece.

Additionally, 8 adult bouts took place, with 6 contested under Pro-Am rules and 2 in the Pro category, offering high-level performances and exciting moments for spectators and supporters.

The event was further distinguished by the presence of H.E. Mr. Sathana Kashemsanta Na Ayudhya, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Thailand to Greece, who honored the championship with his attendance, as well as the Deputy Mayor for Sports of Keratsini – Drapetsona, Mr. Eustratios Daskalakis, highlighting the importance of local government support for martial arts and youth sports.

Beyond the competitive aspect, the day also marked a symbolic celebration for the Panhellenic Muaythai Federation (PMF), as it coincided with its 7th anniversary since it was officially recognized by the Ministry of Sports. The event was made even more special by the fact that it took place on the birthday of PMF President, Mr. Ioannis Papadopoulos, whose leadership continues to guide the growth and international presence of Greek Muaythai.

Spectators filled the venue, contributing to a vibrant and respectful atmosphere throughout the event. The organization of the championship was executed to the highest standards, reflecting the professionalism, values, and international direction of the Federation.
