The East Asian Muaythai Championships 2025 is shaping up to be one of the most exciting international combat sports events of the year, with two prestigious WMC title bouts set to headline the final day of competition at the iconic Queen Elizabeth Stadium in Hong Kong.

Running from 11–14 December 2025, the championships will bring together the region’s top athletes for four days of elite Muaythai action, culminating in a spectacular championship finale featuring world-level title fights.

At the top of the bill is a major international showdown for the WMC Intercontinental Featherweight Title (57kg), as Hong Kong’s own So Tsz Hin steps onto the biggest stage of his career to face Turkey’s dangerous striker Abdüssamet Uğurlu.

Fighting on home soil, So Tsz Hin carries the pride of Hong Kong into the ring, backed by a passionate local crowd and a reputation built on speed, precision, and relentless determination. Standing across from him will be Abdüssamet Uğurlu, a powerful and aggressive fighter from Turkey known for his forward pressure and explosive finishing ability. With contrasting styles and international pride on the line, this bout promises not to disapoint.

With two WMC titles scheduled to be contested on the final night, the championship atmosphere at Queen Elizabeth Stadium is expected to reach a fever pitch, as East Asia once again proves its place on the global Muaythai stage.

The World Muaythai Council proudly sanctions these championship contests, reinforcing its commitment to delivering world-class Muaythai, fair competition, and authentic stadium-style action across all regions of the globe.
