Cervia, Italy — The Final Round Cervia lived up to its name on October 25, 2025, delivering an unforgettable evening of elite Muaythai action at the Palazzetto dello Sport of Pinnarella.

Organized by promoter Fabio Drago, the event featured 13 professional bouts and was officially sanctioned by the World Muaythai Council (WMC) and Federkombat, the sole IFMA member in Italy. The gala once again demonstrated the growing strength and professionalism of the Italian Muaythai scene.

The night’s main event saw reigning WMC European Champion Lorenzo Sammartino of France defend his 63.5KG title against Italy’s Manuel De Luca. Both fighters entered the ring in peak form, delivering a high-paced, technical encounter that thrilled the crowd from the opening bell.

In the third round, Sammartino showcased his trademark precision and timing, landing a decisive combination that forced the referee to step in — declaring a TKO victory for the French champion. With this win, Sammartino successfully retains his WMC European Title, reaffirming his position as one of Europe’s elite in the 63.5KG division.

The WMC extends its congratulations to Lorenzo Sammartino for his impressive performance and to Manuel De Luca for his courage and sportsmanship. Appreciation also goes to Final Round and the Federkombat team for organizing another world-class event that continues to elevate Muaythai across Europe.
