This weekend, Saturday the 4th of February was a big night in Otswald as Superstar Promotions graced the Le Point D’eau venue for an evening of elite-level muaythai.
The main fight of the evening was for the vacant 81KG WMC Intercontinental title, contested between Bilal Bakhouche Chareuf from France and Miguel Angel Padilla from Mexico. The pair locked horns from the first bell with both fighters giving it their all. In round 4 Bilal picked up the pace and was able to get the better of Miguel who succumbed to a referee stoppage.
Congratulations are in order for the new champ Bilal who is now on track to challenge for the world title. Watch this space.
