Teresa Wintermyr from Sweden is a fighter that needs no introduction in the sport of muaythai. A 2 time WMC world champion, Teresa has been living and fighting in Thailand since 2008 when she first discovered and fell in love with the sport.
Teresa holds notable wins over Buagaew Giatsombat, Saifah Sor Suparat and Duennapa Mor. Ratana Bundit to name a few.
Beating Sonal Pattni from Finland in 2011, Teresa became the WMC world champion, she then went onto successfully defend the belt against Petchdara from Thailand in 2013.
In 2014 Teresa entered into the prestigious Muaythai Angels competition succumbing to Chommanee Sor Taehiran, an opponent she would avenge later in the year.
Teresa continues to compete in Thailand at the elite level as one of the best female fighters out there. From all at the WMC, Teresa we salute you.
