All in all there will be 13 bouts with fighters travelling from Townsville, Cooktown, Mackay, Rockhampton, Brisbane and Gold Coast showcasing Australia’s homegrown talent.
After a rocky start to 2020 the March event was put on ice due to measures brought in by the government to restrict the spread of Covid 19. This is the third show from the the promotion since Covid 19 restrictions have been put in place so Kudos to all the guys involved for their hard work and perseverance.
The show just awarded their very first annual Thailand scholarship to Pro Nak Muay, Joseph Gabiola of Courage Training Centre. This is a scholarship awarded each year to a fighter that shows muay thai spirit inside and outside the ring. Joseph will be jetting off to Thailand for a complete fight camp once travel is permitted with all expenses covered as a way to give back to the sport and community.
A big thank you to all the organisers for all your hard work from all at the WMC!
