Last weekend, on Saturday the 5th of April, Warriors Way returned with a stacked card featuring some of Australia’s best warriors at the Doncaster Shoppingtown Hotel in Melbourne, Victoria. The event showcased an evening of elite-level Muaythai, sanctioned by the WMC and MTA, IFMA’s sole recognized federation in Australia.

As part of the main event, a WMC Super 4 title fight was held with the winner Ben Killian, emerging victorious in spectacular fashion!

First, he secured a win over Jake Heavey from O’Neal’s Gym, then backed it up with a tough victory against Keiarn Carr-Bannam in the final. Two fights, two wins, one tournament champ! 💥

Alongside the Super 4 was a much-anticipated female fight for the Australian title in the flyweight division between Jane Koo of PTJ Muaythai and Somsurat Rangkla of 8 Blade Warriors. After 5 hard-fought rounds it was Somsurat who took the win by way of unanimous decision.

Congratulations to the whole team at Warriors Way for putting together another world-class event and we are looking forward to the next one.
